1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
1.2 The product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
1.3 Products purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
1.4 Returns due to minor color differences caused by screen resolutions or lighting are not accepted.

2. Conditions for Refund

2.1 Refunds are processed only if the product is defective, damaged, or if there has been an error in order fulfillment.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.
2.3 Mehzin does not provide refunds for cash-on-delivery payments. In such cases, we offer an exchange or store credit.

3. Return Process

3.1 Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return.
3.2 Reach out to us through our Customer Support team via email, WhatsApp, or Messenger with your Order Number and details of the issue.
3.3 Our team will verify the return request and provide you with a return authorization if approved.

Return Instructions:

  • Carefully pack the product to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Include the original invoice and return authorization number in the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  • Bkash and Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Card Payments: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account due to banking procedures.
  • Store Credit: For cash-on-delivery or ineligible refund cases, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

5. Exchanges

5.1 We offer exchanges for products of the same value, subject to availability. If the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
5.2 Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product and are subject to our return policy criteria.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Personalized or custom-made sarees.
  • Products purchased during flash sales or promotional offers.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

7.1 If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
7.2 We will review the complaint and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund.
7.3 Mehzin reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a product qualifies as defective or damaged.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Orders can only be canceled before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
